When a referral pays

Commission starts once a client signs and pays their first month. From then it's added to your balance every month at your badge rate.

Reading your list

In progress means your account manager is reviewing it, or we're reaching out, meeting them or running their audit.
Onboarded means they signed and paid, and they count towards your next badge.
Eligible for payment means commission on that account is earned.
Closed means they didn't respond or said no. It stays here so you can see what happened.

How badges work

Every client who signs and pays counts once. Badges never go down, and each one raises your rate.
